Why does Overstock.com have an exclusive on this new DVD attacking Michael Moore?, this company is based in Utah and has been accused of overstating the manufactures retail prices in order to claim deep discounting.

I don't know anything about Byrne, but Farenhype911 was probably grossly overproduced and it's just not selling.

I can buy it locally here if I were so inclined. It appears that Overstock.com are sponsoring their advertisements.
Don't buy from Overstock.com in any event. Their merchandise is often "refurbished" units, sold as if they were new. They are not the best internet business with practices like that.

You're right about lots of things being refurbished, but from what I've seen, they always state that. I have no problem with something being refurbished if I can get what I want at a price I'm willing to pay AND it performs the way I want it to.
If someone really wants to buy that tape, I say buy it from wherever you get the best price.
