"The problem is just because you "liberate" a country doesn't necessarily mean you're going to preach the gospel to them and that the leaders within government wish to do so. The Bible talks about a WORLD GOVERNMENT which could either be the UN or this plan orchestrated by PNAC. The Bible teaches of deception and the perception that what this WORLD GOVERNMENT is doing is for the greater good. However, it's all a deception according to Revelations. Teaching the gospel and taking over countries for dominance are two completely separate things."

4. Yeah, It's Been Around For Awhile But Now CBN Agrees With It

I find it pretty weird that these Christians are going to completely ignore the Bible and say that world domination is the right way to go. It's pretty scary when you think about it.

And it terrifies me that there are people who want to run government and set policy according to it. If given enough rope, they would re-write the Constitution to fit Biblical pronouncements and we would be a fundamentalist state just like the Muslim states that we are told are so evil.

And they don't see the irony in that.

7. Even If You Don't Believe It You Could Still Use It

I personally am a Christian. However, I believe in separation of Church and State. If Christians take a good look at PNAC they may change their mind about Bush's policies. That is unless they believe these CBN people who think "spreading God's word" is taking over countries by force.

8. I do use it

Right now it's under a table leg in my kitchen where the floor is a little off level.

I'm not anti-religion - I respect other people's beliefs, whether Christian or Jew or pagan or atheist or any other spiritual belief. But I think basing a government on ANY one belief is dangerous.

I also read the Bible. I was kidding about the table leg. I read it and other sacred texts and I try to learn as much as I can about all the different belief patterns. A person's spiritual belief is very important to them and a major part of who they are.

My personal belief just happens to be that there is no one right answer and that no one will ever truly know the answers to the questions that religions are based on (where do we come from? where do we go when we die?) until we DO die. I think there is likely a grain of truth in all of them and the rest is speculation, hope, misinterpreted natural events and the ravings of lunatics that were seen as prophets.
