Bush at Waterloo
Edited on Mon Oct-11-04 12:51 PM by Stephanie

A harbinger for Wednesday?

(and note that the sign has the same graphic as "Mission Accomplished")

The noun "waterloo" has 2 senses in WordNet.

1. Waterloo -- (a final crushing defeat; "he met his Waterloo")
2. Waterloo, Battle of Waterloo -- (the battle on 18 June 1815 in which Napoleon met his final defeat; Prussian and British forces under Blucher and the Duke of Wellington routed the French forces under Napoleon)

2. Hunch Back of Notre Dame?
He seems to hunch his back and lunge toward the podium. Pretty pathetic.

7. But there IS something there.
It is making his shirt bunch in a funny way. Is it his BP vest or does he wear some kind of kinky costume under his street clothes?

5. Waterloo Bush obviously knows
nothing about history, Waterloo was the end of Napoleon's Reign. It is a metaphor for absolute defeat. What an a**hole.
