That's what my sources are telling me...

That will make thing a little interesting around here for awhile...

Shk. Zayed is the father of the UAE and rightly revered for the work he has done building the Emirates into an actual nation whose economy is no longer dependent on Oil alone. The majority of the GDP now comes from other sources. The UAE has one of the highest standards of living in the world... as well as per capita income.

The ruling council, comprised of the various Emirs would have to choose his successor after an official 40 days of mourning.
