Nader 2000 voters, would you have voted for Gore/Wellstone?
Thinking about the late senator I have been toying with this scenario in my head. I remember hearing that Gore picked Lieberman partly because he was seen as "moral" in contrast to Clinton, but also to help with Jewish voters in Florida. Wellstone would have accomplished the same appeal to Jewish voters in addition to appealing to the large Nader base with the prospect of Wellstone becoming president one day. What do you think?

1. Well I was too young to vote then and I'm not American anyway
But that would have been a much better ticket than Gore/Lieberman. Lieberman is a douche.

2. Judging from what Bush and Co. have done to this country,
I would think that Nader voters would have voted for a Gore/Kevorkian ticket.

But, go figure.

5. YES
I was disgusted with Holy Joe Lieberman's holy rolling, as well as Gore's running away from Clinton. I would've happily put up with Gore to vote for any ticket featuring Wellstone.

6. I wish it had been. I voted Gore, but grudgingly, because of Lieberman.
I didn't know much about Lieberman, but everything I saw said he was owned by the insurance industry -- the people who are really behind the rise in health care costs. His simply being Jewish was not enough of a plus for me.

Wellstone, I could have gotten behind with enthusiasm.
