How come these kids are having sex with each other and not studying. This type of behavior from kids who are probably ignorant on the dangers of sex regardless of gender and/or sexual orientation is unacceptable in my opinion.

I think the point is that it is a crazy thing to worry about, since, even though it isn't anything to worry about, I'm sure it never or very rarely happens anyhow in the school bathrooms of Southeast Oklahoma. I'm sure you back in time and they'd be worried about communist cells forming, or witchcraft practicing, or some other kooky thing.
