2. Most of the stock's family-owned right? |
|
Unless they're planning to sell stock they can take the stock going down to pennies and be fine...
IF advertisers keep sending their money to Sinclair.
IF.

6. IF this were all that happens |

If they run that spot, they'll be bankrupt within a year. THey have no idea what sort of direct action will be taken against them for messing with a democratic election, but it will surely make animal rights activists look tame.
Already, democratic stock analysts have written up a very negative investment prospectus on sinclair, and it is being privately circulated to mutual fund managers and large investors.
Letters are pouring in to all their advertizers, their fraudulent audience counts are soon to be audited, and how they've mislead their investors using rosy audience figures. ... and that is only the beginning.
We can only presume sinclair has already committed the crime, so their entire global network is now fair game.

they pulled this stunt knowing it would hurt the stock price and they put shorts on their own stock to make some spare change. I believe many of the higher ups in the Co. have sold off many of their shares.

4. Might be a good time for Soros to have a few "friend" buy some |
|
of the stock. You know, all those "fundie$" who know what their "God" is.
After the Sinclair burnout, then Soros could just take over the stations . . .
