In addition to examining Wall Street and CIA (he says they are one and the same) dependence on drug money, Ruppert notes that we have more than two million people in prison, that more than 60% of them are non-violent drug offenders, and that many are employed "as virtual slave labor for multi-national corporations" via the profit-making "prison industries."

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

5. Not only that...
but because of some outsourcing, much of our manufacturing is done by slave labor, particularly political prisoners in China.
