and that there will not be a draft. If Kerry brings our nation back on the road to recovery, and there was an actual need for people to serve, I think my sons would join. Our family has a long history of military service. But not for Bush/Halliburton. No way. I'd set my sons up in another land. I'll stay and engage in non-violent activities outlined in the Bill of Rights to try to make America live up to its potential.

I am the grandfather of 13. The great grandfather of at least 2. I have had 3 heat attacks and 3 strokes. Have gout in both feet and legs. Have had 2 heart catherizations in the past 23 years. Also have had hardening of the arteries for over 10 years. Every day that I can get thru without being measured for a box is a good one!!

back before my conversion, I wanted to join the Army as a chaplain, but they turned me down. If they wont accept me for that kind of job in peacetime, then they wont want me in combat. Ive also got Dont Ask Dont Tell.
