Texas Oil web.doc? Who's making oil money off of this war?

I just talked to someone who was telling me that Blood for Oil is not for oil to be pumped into our economy, but for oil to stay in the ground. Look at the increase in the price of a barrel of oil.

He said there is a website with the data about Texas oil reserves, how depleted they've been becoming, how George Bush gave ALL of them a free ride the minute he became governor, and how much all of them are making now. He said the website's name is Railroad something; I can't remember.

Does anyone know what this would be?

2. It explains to me the level of resistance I've encountered ,

from the build-up to this war to the present, trying to get the idea of alternatives to war out into the community.

And during our demonstrations at Nichols' Fountain here in K.C., especially the first year or so, we'd see these black limos with black windows drive by very slowly, sometimes you'd see someone in the front seat with the chauffer doing notes on a pda.
