FOX/O'Reilly LIE about the lawsuit
I noticed on the Smoking Gun that they said the O'Reilly lawsuit was filed as an "aggressive preemptive strike" - but if you look at the two lawsuits, you can clearly see the O'Reilly lawsuit was filed in RESPONSE to the sexual harassment lawsuit.

The sexual harassment suit is dated September 28, and the court filed it on October 13. O'Reilly's suit is dated October 13, but has no stamp on it that it's been filed with the court!

This is NOT a "preemptive strike"... O'Reilly is toast!

What I'm wondering (not being from New York) is why these suits are being filed in the Supreme Court of NY... isn't there a lower court that these suits should be filed?

1. In NY, the Supreme Court *is* the lower court
The nomenclature for their court system is different.
