13. Cable whores on CNN were just all over it
They are beside themselves flogging this. O'Reilly simply doesn't inspire the fear and dread that * and his cabal do. He is but another media hoe bag. Easily expendible. Slap some butter on him, he is TOAST!

5. Does O'Reilly take on-air calls?
Everyone that calls in to his show for the next week or month or year should start off with, "So Bill. What are you wearing?"

8. Yes.
Funny how that works with judgemental people, isn't it? Thanks, Bill, for being such a role model for youth. I really take no delight in this ..... although the guy is a jerk on political/social issues, I never thought he was a bad person. If you come from an Irish background, you tend to have a loud-mouthed know-it-all relative that you tire of after small doses at family gatherings. I think he tends to be a bully in his debating tactics, and is pretty obnoxious at times. But what he is accused of -- and there sounds like there is some pretty clear evidence, which he isn't denying -- he becomes far more disturbing. What Jesse did is very different; one might not approve of it, but it's not really our business. Bill sounds criminal, and that is a matter of public concern.

10. Keith Olbermann had some great lines about it yesterday
he said that O'Lielly's book does not come with batteries!

11. I do NOT want to laugh about this!
But Keith Olbermann always cracks me up!

And, to be honest, I called to leave a message for a good friend/ex-coworker who is a Bill O'Reilly fan. He runs a sex offender group at the clinic. I asked another friend to write up a referral for Bill to join the group. (She pointed out that people who refuse to be honest are not eligible for the group.)

12. Doesn't it really defy logic about how they make accusations
of "sins" they themselves are guilty of? I believe it's to put the accusee on the defensive. That's how you play chess. Defensive games seldom are winners unless you are a chess genius of course. Clinton won a defensive game with the impeachment and all, but then we all know he is a political genius. Why aren't we doing this. God knows we have enough sins and crimes to accuse the BFEE for real without inventing any transgressions to put them into retreat.
