I was a fool to vote for Bush in 2000, I won't make the same mistake twice. A real American doesn't vote for just one political party, they mix it up a little. Kerry, I have to say is the lesser of the two evils. Has Bush even done anything that he platformed for last time? I feel dupped.

Found on the thread for the news article: "Kerry: Bush Out of Touch, Out of Ideas, Out of Time"

1. lesser of the two evils
Ah shut the fuck up. I would expect this kind of stupid remark from a no-nothing that would have voted for chimp in 2000. The chimp voters are directly responsible for the war in Iraq and the countless other bad things that have occurred in the last 4 years.

4. I'll take any and all votes for JK
No one ever said that Americans, on average, were particularly smart or loyal to anything. (except maybe greed)

3. I admire that person's belief that one should not vote according to
the candidates' political persuasion; however, these days are different. The Republican party's issues all revolve around one thing: M-O-N-E-Y for them & for their corporate friends. The Democratic party represents my convictions: They want to protect those who need to be helped & they care about the working class.

I loved what John Kerry said about his faith as a public servant: "I am a Catholic and I grew up learning how to respect those views, but I disagree with them, as do many," Mr. Kerry said. "I believe that I can't legislate or transfer to another American citizen my article of faith. What is an article of faith for me is not something that I can legislate on somebody who doesn't share that article of faith."

A president leads ALL the people, not just the religious zealots who have certain agendas.
