What do these petitioners want?
All over my campus, there are petitioners getting signatures for health care reform and lowering malpractice costs. It seemed to me to be an attack on "trial lawyers" but I may be mistaken. When I asked about it, there was just a lot of rhetoric about how these malpractice suits were driving up health costs. Could this be an actual issue or a way to get support against trial lawyers?

3. If they're getting signatures for a particular bill or proposition
they need to be carrying a copy of the document with them. Ask to read it.
