What do these petitioners want? |

All over my campus, there are petitioners getting signatures for health care reform and lowering malpractice costs. It seemed to me to be an attack on "trial lawyers" but I may be mistaken. When I asked about it, there was just a lot of rhetoric about how these malpractice suits were driving up health costs. Could this be an actual issue or a way to get support against trial lawyers?

they need to be carrying a copy of the document with them. Ask to read it.
