Bush is right about the tax cuts!!

He said the vast majority of them go to the middle and lower class. Here's how he figures it:
Say I make 30k a year. I get 150 extra bucks back. That ONE tax cut. My friend makes 25k a year. He gets, say, 100 bucks back. That's TWO tax cuts. A third friend makes 40k a year. He gets back 175 bucks. That's THREE tax cuts. My neighbor makes 300k a year and gets back a few grand. That's FOUR tax cuts. 75% of those tax cuts went to me and my two middle/lower class friends! The amount of the tax cut has nothing to do with it. Each is counted as ONE tax cut. He really believes that the vast majority goes to the lower and middle class. Heh heh. ;)
