AAR Streaming Is Down: Is There A Radio Station...?
...that sreams the programing, like one of the local stations? If anybody knows offhand it would save me from looking through the whole station list.

Windows Media and having less problems.....Of course I have to switch to MIE rather than Mozilla, which is a pain...

2. Bernie Ward on KGO is an alternative
Streaming audio here http://www.kgoam810.com/listenlive.asp

There are silences during the commercials. Only the news, weather and traffic are streamed along with Bernie, of course. He just finished an interview with Paul Krugman. Good program tonight.

3. I listen to Bernie every night. He's good.
You/re right about the silent times for commercials. It drives me nuts because I always think I've lost the stream, but I like Bernie.

4. Go to my site
http://ltradio.blogspot.com/

I have links to all the AAR affiliates, as well as other liberal talkers. Stations that stream are denoted by a headphone symbol.

AAR's main stream is poor. They are way too overcrowded. But it is a good place to go if you want to hear shows live. Many affiliates time-shift some shows, so be sure to check the schedules on the individual sites.

As far as a favorite stream, the Denver affiliate's stream sounds strong.
