Heck, GOP senatorial candidate Alan Keyes called the gay daughter a selfish hedonist.

They (the cheneyites) have used the word "gay" to describe their own daughter.

It is the word "Lesbian" that bothers them. Why? It puts everything into focus, it is accurate, it is impossible to ignore. Whereas "gay" is a more feeble, less intrusive way of putting it when discussing women.

Yet for males, "gay" has the same emotional impact with GOPers. Go figure.
