Remember The Sandy Berger "Pants Stuffing" Scandal?

You know, I seem to recall this big brouhaha about Sandy Berger lifitng original copies of classified documents, IMPORTANT, SUPER-ULTRA-SPECIAL-SECRET EARTH-SHATTERING WORLD-THREATENING documents, and walking out with them STUFFED IN HIS BRITCHES (according to "some sources"). Maybe even achieving SEXUAL PLEASURE from the paper cuts to his penis!! Republiscum were up in arms, demanding the public humiliation and butchering of Sandy Berger (and, of course, anyone he happened to be working for at the time, which just happened to be John Kerry).

Then, one night, one newspaper ran an article that Berger had been cleared of these charges by the 9/11 Commission.

Eight hours later, I couldn't even find THAT.

I love living in a country with a free press.

Anyone know wha'hoppen?

1. i did a search on that and the 9/11 commish did state that no

docs were missing

however, the Justice dept stated last week he was still under investigation

2. i actually heard a caller a few weeks ago ask rush about it

the caller wanted to know what happened with the whole sandy berger incident. Rush conviently did not know whatever came of the charges and changed the subject.

3. I feel the same way. The media comes out with these unbelievable . . .

reports, but hardly follows up. It's like the story about $2 Billion missing and they could not account for it at the Pentagon. Never heard anymore about it???? Where the HELL is OUR MONEY??? That is a lot of money that was "supposed" to rebuild Iraq but it is MISSING?????

My God, I had a small business at one time, and if my accounting and tax filings were off one little bit, I would have been audited. But not our Government. Oh no. They do not have to answer to anything.

Just when did "We The People" lose control????? Anyone remember????

The Repug machine creates "stories" out of nothing on a daily (hourly?) basis and hope some last more than one news cycle.
