I'm using My IE, which is a multi-tabbed browser.

Sorry, I don't do windoze, but it's a valid quicktime movie. Opens just fine for me. Maybe you need a newer version of Quicktime than what you have currently installed? http://www.apple.com/quicktime/products/qt/
