She said the repukes have given up on Pa. and it's now looking like it's the Democrats to take! I couldn't believe my ears! She was on Hardball. Anyone else catch that? :bounce: GREAT news!

5. great, send the field operations to NJ
A new Fairleigh Dickinson University poll shows George W. Bush and John Kerry tied in New Jersey. Bush and Kerry are each at 46%, with 2% voting for independent candidates and 6% still undecided.

The only other 2 tied states are Iowa and New Hampshire

7. Perhaps they're doing it to protect Arlen Specter.....
Democrats outnumber Repubs in PA, and in a huge turnout, Specter would be in trouble. But Bush believes he can win without PA (Ohio, Florida enuf) and therefore is easing the pressure here for a bug turnout. This may not be exactly right, but it could be something along these lines.
