2. The message board is really great for once

The Repubs are trying to blame Kerry for not funding the blah blah blah and they are getting shot down big time.

3. It remains to be seen what they'll do with these guys

So far, they've been let out of jug and "some" of their concerns are being addressed. However, they may still feel they have to make an example of these people who very prudently decided they didn't want to be stuck on a rolling bomb through some of Iraq's worst territory.

The Rumsfeld treatment of the military has been the worst since the Civil War and the Union's callous disregard of the largely Irish conscripts' preservation.

Of course, even the Union didn't attempt to charge wounded soldiers for their treatment, and didn't try to collect that $300 some had been paid to take the place of a scion of an important WASP family, something Rumsfeld's military has not shrunk from.
