How is "diebold" pronounced?
Edited on Fri Oct-15-04 09:13 PM by truizm
Is it "die" (as pronouced in English) or "D" as in the German "die"?

I've heard both. I'm just curious.

4. I believe it's
"DEE" as in the letter "D"... "BOLD", as in, "it's mighty bold of us to steal a second election".

12. I live thirty miles away from the "Dee"bold headquarters
and know many people who work there. It is definitely Dee-bold. The German pronunciation is correct.
