He had a signed contract to show F911 on pay-per-view the night before the election. Said that is why he gave up the documentary category for the film at the Oscars - said it was more important the American people see the movie.

He said yesterday (when was this filmed?) he got the word they were backing out of the contract. He said he is not taking this lying down.

He said he was told they were pulling it for "legal reasons." Even though the FCC (Powell's son) ruled it was ok for Sinclair.

Leno said he thought money overrides everything.

To that Moore talked about how Disney refused to distribute F911 and lost a half a billion dollars.

Then he made the offer. The first time he made this offer.

Mike was talking about the campus slacker give-away - raman noodles or underwear. Leno asked if Mike was giving away his own underwear and referred to their size being like a car bra. Then M said, well, maybe you can put a pair on your head and stretch them for me.
