During the Korean War, the U.S. had a resolution passed by the
UN General Assembly declaring North Korea as the aggressor and assembled a military force under UN to repel the aggression.Exactly fifty years later, the Bush Administration says the UN is irrelevant and it does not need the UN's approval to launch an aggressive war against Iraq.Even by American standards this war is illegal and would be considered a war crime by the standards established at Nuremberg.
Why are our Congressmen silent in the face of these crimes?
