FWIW, I think that sexual harrassment is equally reprehensible, regardles of the genders of the individuals involved.

I was a victim of sexual harrassment myself, but because I was a man and she was a woman in a higher position, anyone I talked to about it (who didn't know her) just laughed in my face. I think that's wrong.

I realize that wasn't necessarily the point of the original poster, but I was thinking that bringing it up this way implies it would be either better or worse to be harrassing other or same sex victims...I just wanted to point out its a slimey thing in and of itself.
