2. Right here. If no one is disenfranchised during the registration/voting
process, and all votes are counted, Bush is going down.
They HAVE to cheat to 'win.' Golly, it must make them SO proud, to know that their offices are all illegitimate.

4. Yup
There will be more dirty tricks, smears. About 5 to 7 days before the election something will "happen" to arouse fear. Then, the voter suppression, challenges, phony demonstrations.

And still, Bush will get no more than 48% of the vote. Probably more like 46%.

But what will be reported may be a different thing. And we may never know the true vote count.

5. OMG I've been saying for years now...
Bush WILL cheat because he'll HAVE to.

There isn't a snowball's chance in Hell that if the election were fair Bush would win. None.

But, he is very well aware of this and that's the reason Republican officials across the country (strangely, especially in swing states) are saying hundreds of thousands of VRFs are "fraudulent". Hell, it's happening here in my county in PA and hundreds of other counties.

Let the cheating begin!

Not a one, and they know it.

on edit This is one of our country's darkest hours. The United States of America, the center of democracy can't have a clean, legal, lawful election. What does that say about us?

He's been cheating this whole campaign....
Think how poorly he would be polling if Rove's sewer tactics had not done
so much damage to Kerry among the gullible.

9. I have always thought
Republicans cheat in elections,i think they always have because everytime i look at a state that always goes Republican there are at least 100,000 more registerd Democrats then Republicans in that state.

people say well Democrats dont vote but why do Republicans vote?doesnt make since to me,I think we do vote and because of big money with corruption many of our votes get tossed.

maybe its Just me but i just dont buy that line that Republicans vote and we don't.

11. count me in . . .
and the real problem is that they're SO good at cheating that they might actually pull it off . . . have no doubt that shenanigans are taking place in EVERY swing (or even potentially swing) state . . . what we've heard about is only the tip of a very large Rovian iceberg . . .

It was entitled "Will Your Vote Count?"

17. Above the Law
The Rethugs believe that they are above all laws. To them War has no laws. They do whatever they think that they can get away with domestically and overseas.

But what are we going to do if he cheats? I'm ready to roll and protest, even if I have to go into further debt to do it.

18. Absolutely.
There is NO WAY Bush* could win without cheating. The only people who continue to blindly follow him are the ultra rich and the Christian fundamentalists, and their aren't enough of them to elect him.

Bushco MUST cheat in order to win. And they are doing it now. They are using the media and the pollsters to make the race look closer than it is. They are using the operatives they have installed in various state offices to manipulate who gets to vote. They will move in on election day to supress the vote of people who might vote for Kerry. They will challenge the counting in the big swing states on election day. And they will go into full court press on the media to give the win to Bush like they did in 2000. And if all that fails, there's the Supreme Court, or maybe the Congress.

Sometimes I think our Democracy is over and we just haven't realized it or admitted it yet.
