Glad to See TinyURL Back Up Again

I don't know how long TinyURL was down, but last week I tried to use their site and got no response. Their service has proven a real godsend for me, allowing me to post links so long that some boards couldn't handle them.

actually I'd go as far to say that I hate it.

The links do not show where they're leading to and tinyurl learns a lot about my surfing habits. Most boards offer ways to post even long links; if cloaking the actual origin of the surfer is the objective, safeurl does a better job.
