Today it's flu vaccine. Tomorrow it'll be oil. |
|
As I look around at what's happening with the flu vaccine shortage, I can't help but think that at some point, oil/gasoline will be similarly scarce and rationed out first to the "most needy" while the rest of us sit on the sidelines wondering what in the hell we're going to do. It'll be interesting to see those whom the government deems "most needy." :scared:
A friend of mine also likes to point out that after the oil runs out, we'll see this sort of thing happening with water... only the most needy will get it first. Scary stuff.
Anyone having similar thoughts about this little glimpse into the not-so-distant future?

You can only go 3 days or so without water so I suspect if water is ever rationed it will go first to the rich in a bidding war.

ourselves and this is where they want us.
