A sad thing is that there is no politician to speak out about Fallujah.

Of course the Republicans won't. Ordinarily this would fall to the Democrats, but they can't or won't.

And the Democrats who would be most apt to speak out against it are pretty silenced until after the election....in the name of party unity.

So there is really no one to speak out about what we are doing. We have posts here showing our heartbreak, but there is no one speaking out about it publicly now.

That to me is the saddest part of all....that no public figure dares speak of what we are doing there.

If someone is talking about it on TV or in the paper and I missed it, I apologize. I have not watched much TV news this week.
