What is the biggest threat: Activist Judges, or Activist President ?
This failure of a man, human, President, has raped the economy, poisoned the environment, and is directly responsible for the deaths of over 1080 american troops.

I ask you, what is the bigger threat?

2. Activists jusdges inch out a win in that choice.
I understand that a President has a lot of power, but it is at least limited by a vote every four years. Appointed judges are there for a very long time!

4. The question cannot be answered until you stop using Republican terms.
Using their codes gives them instant advantage and you would want to do that, WHY?

Activist judges is code for, in this case, just judges who interpret the constitution with a requisite eye toward the well-being of the society.

Activist President, in this case, is a meglomaniacal egoist who wishes to reshape our democracy into a totalitarian empire and the constitution into a toe rag.

Or do you see the terms as meaning something else?

Never have a discussion before you define terms so you actually know WTF you're talking about.
