What if it's Satan speaking through Bush
As long as Bush worshippers believe there's
a greater power using Bush, it can just as
easily be the Devil's voice.

Don't know why people have brought this up
before. If you believe there is a heaven
and hell, God and the Devil, that Bush is
a messenger, then it is logical (in those minds)
that the Devil can be using Bush for (it's)
means.

Many people sense the evil from this
adminstration...far more than believe he's
a messenger for God's work.

Just a little sermonette.

12. That's because they're glued to the TV
and all those pompadoured televangelists are telling them that the antichrist is alive and well and in the middle east and that the old drunk in the White House is their knight in shining armor, sent by god to protect them.

It's amazing, but religious people actually believe that crock of bullshit. You really can tell some people that what they see and hear isn't the truth. I can see them all sitting in the hell they expect along with Falwell, Robertson, Hinn, and the rest of that ilk, but being convinced that it's really a warm day in heaven.

I'm afraid of nothing short of massive disaster with no rapture will get through to these people. They are harmlessly crazy as long as they are out of power.

What we really need to do is tax the political televangelists into oblivion. Same goes for fundy churches where they start pushing politics. Some people will always be religiously insane. What we need to do is keep them from hurting the rest of us.

19. I hope Dem pols understand this is now war and will do what you
suggest. We need to start pulling these weeds at the source. If Kerry wins I expect to see a total war on neo cons otherwise I am on to a new mothed of activism outside the party forever.

3. Well, the devil does lie...
If I were a Christian, I would probably suspect he was the antiChrist. Though most of the world hates Bush and sees him for what he is, most of the Christians in America are deceived and not only follow him, they practically worship him. Revalations was addressing Christians, so perhaps Bush is their antiChrist. Beast, 666 or not, Bush is definitely the opposite of Christ, thus, antiChrist.

11. Bush the antichrist?
I don't really believe in the book of Revelation or any of that stuff, but the Bible does say everyone will be fooled by the Antichrist. There sure do seem to be a lot of people fooled right now.

10. but you aren't the believer who will vote for Bush
If you want to talk to this group, you
have to use the same imagery, words that
move them to believe he's God's messenger.
It wouldn't be hard to convince them
otherwise. It's strategery stupid.

20. I think Satan would really like Bush.
I would not expect something as wicked as Bush to be attractive to me.

If I was Satan I would want to have the President in my pocket. I can't think of anyone who fits the stereotype from The Omen 3 or a host of other shows/movies that have entertained the idea of the greatest counrty in the world becoming hijacked by evil. How could it be any other way really?

If there is any truth to these myths then Bush is probably it.

of having someones life in his control. Look at his maniacal history in messing with other peoples lives, he may think he's god or something close. It makes me shutter to think he is suppose to be a leader, kinda reminds me of jim jones.

18. Evidence for Bush being the Antichrist
His name fits the "666" rule: GEORGE (6) WALKER (6) BUSHJR (6)

He is attempting to build a global fascist empire. Bible prophecy suggests that the Antichrist's empire will be a reformation of a previous empire. The fundies interpret this to mean a resurrection of the Roman empire, but the Bush regime, in action and in direct family lineage, is a resurrection of Hitler's Third Reich.

The Antichrist will claim to be a man of God, and will decieve many into believing that lie. Junior has convinced millions that he's a comitted Born Again Christian while starting wars based on lies that have murdered thousands.

The mark of the beast description in Revelation 13 indicates that the Antichrist will have complete control of the world's economic system and it will be impossible to conduct any sort of financial transaction without accepting this mark - likely an implanted microchip or a bar code tattoo - This sort of system was never technologically possible until just recently. Does that alone point to Bush? No, but his embrace of corporatist fascism certainly makes it a more likely outcome.

Revelation actually mentions two "beasts" with the second commanding worship of the first. Ronald Wilson Reagan's name also meets the "666" rule, and he has been elevated to Messiah status in the current neocon GOP.

The Antichrist will sign a 7 year treaty with Israel promising to protect them. Now I don't remember any specific treaties signed by Junior to this end, but obviously the PNAC invasion schedule is all about protecting Israel more than it is the US. The Antichrist will eventually break his promise and turn against Israel. Downside of this prophecy is that Junior would have to stay in office in order for it to be fulfilled.

There's probably more I could link to Junior if I thought about it, but it's 9:30 on a Sunday here, and my brain isn't even awake yet :hangover: :hangover: :hangover:

21. That's more likely than God speaking through him
Doesn't Jesus say that you will know them by their fruits, meaning what they do. What has Bush done that is Christ like? What has Bush done that is not Christ like? None of us are perfect, but I think that the answer is obviously clear.

22. Satan speaks through all of us. The question is . . . .
What are the proportions of "bad" relative to "good" at any given moment, and what is the individual's awareness of this mix.

We are verbs.

If these people believe they are being led by some entity from the great beyond, shouldn't they be questioning if the entity is benign or evil?

but when has it ever been smart?

The Hitler gang was a bag of hammers and so is this one

Totally believe the anti-christ could be a fool like Bush. Only the blindly stupid would fall for his act. A large army to be sure, but a howling mass of stupidity and ignorance.

33.  I think the man is satan's spawn
and cheney scares me more than ferret face, I feel that cheney is the puppetmaster and ferret is howdy doody. I read up on PNAC and that didnt impress me but when I read on Bohemian Grove that scared the hell out of me thinking of these powerful making decisions that will effect my life while they are playing within their secret society.
Here is a piece posted on the site....check it out if nothing else it does make interesting reading

Bohemian Grove, a secluded campground in California's Sonoma County, is the site of an annual two-week gathering of a highly select, all-male club, whose members have included every Republican president since Calvin Coolidge. Current participants include George Bush, Henry Kissinger, James Baker and David Rockefeller -- a virtual who's who of the most powerful men in business and government.

Few journalists have gotten into the Grove and been allowed to tell the tale (one exception is Philip Weiss, whose November 1989 Spy piece provides the most detailed inside account), and members maintain that the goings-on there are not newsworthy events, merely private fun. In fact, official business is conducted there: Policy speeches are regularly made by members and guests, and the club privately boasts that the Manhattan Project was conceived on its grounds
