Kids 16 and under have a big influence on this election |
|
I volunteered for Jan Schneider at the mall yesterday. We had Jan stickers and Kerry stickers and buttons to give away. I can't tell you how many kids approached us and requested Kerry buttons and telling us how they are putting the pressure on their parents to vote for Kerry.
My husband's co-worker (Bush supporter) has a 15 year old son who supports Kerry. She told my husband yesterday that she will be glad when this election is over as she and her son argue constantly about who she should vote for. He claims that she will sign his death warrant if she votes for Bush. Now it sounds as if she will vote for Kerry because of the passion her son expresses about Kerry and she can't take the thought of her son going to war knowing she put him in Bush's hands.

should care a great deal about this election -- it's their future.
...And we are trying to save it for them.

2. I'm seventeen., and a proud Kerry supporter. |

Even though I can't vote, I do what I can. I make phone calls for the Kerry campaign once a week. It's not much, but you'd better believe I'm 110% into this election.
