Latest LTTE, (IN)
Heard today that I will get this letter in the paper, possibly tomorrow or the next day. What do you think? Our paper does get some circulation in NW Ohio...

In a few weeks we are going to choose our next President. Bush is asking for your vote, but I argue that your answer should be no. No as in no action on the morning of 911. No, as in his no to the inspectors, the UN and old allies. Of course there were no WMDs, no listening to cautionary advise, no securing the peace, no mission accomplished, no plan for Iraq, no accountability for the Abu Ghraib abuses and of course still no Osama.

No, as in no jobs, no stopping of jobs going overseas, no surplus anymore and no real economic recovery after he emptied the treasury. No, as in No Child Left Behind except 500,000. No, like the no for the 911 commission or for access to his governor records, or revealing who was at Cheney’s energy task force or who outed a CIA agent responsible for monitoring weapons of mass destruction. No to bipartisanship and regulating corporate polluters. No vaccines, no cheaper drugs from Canada and no negotiation for cheaper drugs for Medicare.

No,like no treaties to control nuclear proliferation and global warning. No, like no protection for our ports or water supplies. No to thinking except from his gut. No, as in no honesty about his blunders and no ability or humility to see or admit his mistakes. Vote for Bush? Send him the same message he sent us.

4. Thanks...
I get about one or two a month in our two papers. Not that there is any chance of Indiana going to Kerry. Democratic governors are often elected here, but the state never goes that way for President.
