Remember the controversy with the Rock the Vote/Draft?

A few days ago, Ed Gillespie ordered "Rock the Vote" to stop talking about a possible draft in their PSAs. The reply letter to Gillespie by Rock the Vote was posted here...indicating that they would Not stop their Public Service Announcements talking about the draft. We were encouraged to email Rock the Vote to support their decision so they would not weaken...Tonight, on Scab-borough, the show will be dedicated to that subject: Rock the Vote as a purveyor of propaganda to scare the youth into voting DEM. Guess the repugs wanted to counter Rock the Vote somehow. I might watch some of it to see how hard they come down on "Rock the Vote"...and don't know if Rock the Vote will have a representative there or not.

today in the NY Times they talked of a medical personnel draft because of shortages of medics. I think kids can see this is a precursor to a general draft.
