Half of the fear of terrorism is induced by Bush
We need to talk about the Auguast 6th PDB, Bush's vacations, and stubborness shown by Bush when he disregarded what Clinton said about terror and OBL. He also let the Middle East/Israel thing get way out of hand by being opposite of Bill Clinton.

We also need to note that there was the first attack on the WTC in 93 or 94 and nothing til 2001. So, Bush's hard work is not necessarily stopping attacks. It takes them time to plan and execute these things. Plus we are so busy making enemies in the Muslim world with Iraq that we are upping the number of terrorists.

2. The manufacture of paranoia is part of Karl Rove's plan to get Bush
and the Republicans elected.
