Please let me know, somebody asked this in another thread.

7. 56 but act as obnoxius as two 28 year olds
atleast we have the daily show now out 300 stations. My age group dealt with the beginning of the dumbing down process.
Hopefully it was only a handfull of 50 somethings that helped and instigated the dumbth we all suffer .If any good has come from this all,it has been seeing youth join in marching for freedom again, when 30 years ago it was mostle youth marching.

19. 48 no pot since I was 28!!
But...I have been thinking if * gets in I will be wishing I had some!

Husband 54, we both also end our day with Jon. He is right about speaking out against the media and thank god someone finally had the guts to do it on CNN. They expected him to joke and I am sooo glad he didn't, we all know how really smart he is.

The best thing about his show is because its not real news he can get away with doing and saying just about anything acting like its a joke but all of us know when he is really making a very strong point.

20. 36 and I occasionally indulge...
...masters in chemistry, independent business owner (coffee roasting company) in addition to full time job in chemistry. TIVO TDS every single night. I don't even have cable news channels in my viewing options (by choice).

Also, my parents are TOTAL news junkies (and thankfully hardcore dems). I now have them watching TDS nightly. 80 years old and still fighting the good fight!

23. Jon Stewart provides good communication
With our 17-yr old grandson. Jon Stewart has given the young a platform of discussing politics through comedy with their parents grandparents and friends.

There had been instances when I have given my grandson some information on the military, this election, politics, etc., when he sorta listened to be polite and because we are his grandparents. Since he and his friends started listening to Jon Stewart, and then paying more attention to the media news and talk shows so he better understands Jon's comedic take on it, he has started to discuss with his old grandies the events of the day. He also convinced his Mom and Dad that they can learn a lot and laugh at the same time with Jon Stewart.

32. I watch it ever so often on a rerun
But I really don't have time to dedicate to it. I find it funny when I watch, but not enough for me to give it much time. If I'm in fron of the TV and it is the best option on at that time, I'll put it on.

28. I'm 22 and I always watch it with my housemates.
But my parents also watch it, as do many of their friends. When one of them misses it, they always call up my mom because they know that she tapes it.

None of us are stoned slackers.
