Assuming He Wins -- Will Kerry Pardon The * Administration When They |
|
are charged with crimes against humanity? Will he do what Ford did with Nixon, and what Poppy did with the Reagan administration? Incidently, Reagan's administration are the one's who came back to bite us in the ass this time, like a Terminator movie. Or will Kerry nail them to the wall like I hope he does? Why am I doubtful?

however in JK's case... he has a lot of memories of their past wrongdoings in our name -----> www.guerrillanews.com/crack not to mention the loathsome personal attacks he has had to weather in the last few months.... if it were me... I would sign on to the ICC and turn them over pronto.

PARDON them???
There's no way (short of some major blackmail) that he would pardon them.
If dems have enough congress seats to initiate some kind of legal proceedings, we should throw their asses in jail.
Kerry is a former prosecutor. I don't think he'd have any problem with that, assuming he had enough of congress to pull it off.

Once they are voted out, they are normal citizens. All Kerry has to do is sick the Attorney General on them, that is, of course, assuming that Bush doesn't give a blanket pardon to everyone in his administration on the way out.

It's more important to get the moderate Republicans working with the Democrats. That way, we have a majority supporting us in Congress.

and throwing the lot of them into a cold hard basement in Belgium is just fine by me. Especially if you lose the key to the front door.
These characters are not Republicans -- they are traitors of the worst sort. They never met an American principle that they didn't hate.

|
You all know that he will have to pardon them, at least most of them. The country is most important and does it help the country to heal after the last four years if the people that 1/2 the country supported are behind bars? Doesn't mean that I would be all that upset if he doesn't, but we have to think of how the nation needs to be healed more than our wish to make them pay.

Unless these criminals go behind bars. There is no way to restore the system without punishing the guilty; they will only scheme to do it again, and one day they will get it done for keeps. Every act of fraud and bribery committed by this administation and its money-men must issue in a prosecution and a sentence. The thing must be killed from the head down....

16. I agree with you, but I think Kerry would pardon the BFEE. |
|
Some of these people have already been pardoned or not prosecuted (think Nixon and Reagan eras). They need to be brought to justice or the hydra will simply grow another head and bit us in the arse.
That said, it might be unsafe for Kerry to open investigations and prosecute. The BFEE has a tentacle in every ongoing concern.
America is going to change slowly, if at all. :(

needs to have some fear of prosecution. Many of the * enablers in the media are not stupid, they knew they were backing evil people and ideas.
Maybe the only way to bring Americans back together is to show the ill informed just who and what they were backing when they voted republican. Sweeping it all under the rug just allows it to come back out later.

Because like Ford, he would say healing the country is more important. But nailing them to the wall will go alot farther towards healing, to let people know that noone is above the law.

sic the Attorney General on the bastards. They have broken many many laws in four years. If he doesn't, we have to hold his feet to the fire. They have almost brought this country to its knees financially, and constitutionally.
Heal the country with pardons, my sweet ass! Get those hate mongers in jail where they can't do any more damage.

30. Don't be disappointed. |
|
History has taught us that the Democrats WILL close ranks with the Republicans to protect the system. Don't expect prosecutions (or pardons. It will be a non-issue) even if the Democrats win a majority in the House and Senate. It will sound something like this:
At his innaguration today, President John Kerry extended the olive branch and pledged bi-partisan unity. He stated that, "Now is not the time to dwell on the past. We have much work to do, Democrats and Republicans. We are ONE nation, under god. It is time to work together to make America great again!"
And THAT will be the end of it. :puke:
Question: Can we citizens file suit against bush* criminals, or in some way initiate criminal prosecutions?
