one hell of a twist...Clinton, Dems compared to....NAZIS!!!!!!
http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view.php?id=11468

found this on Newgrounds.com while looking at the political cartoons. This thing is insane, basically says that if the Jews in 1940's Germany had had weapons, they could've fought the Nazi's and thereby PREVENTING the Holocust!!!! Then there's a collage with photos of Hitler and Mussolini with a picture of CLINTON behind them!!!! So because Clinton is opposed to you know assualt weapons on the street, he is just like Hitler. :wtf:

This is the biggest peice of crap ever made. Some people are just insane. I posted this because I wanted to get your reactions to it. There is a thing for comments on the site, I suggest we all leave one and show the absurdity of their claim!

3. gun nuts have been making that argument for years
Some Jews did have guns. An organized Army usually has more.

5. that's what i figured
I saw "uprising" last year and saw how the jewish resistance while successful for awhile was completely overcome due to massive bombardment.

my favorite argument is from Bill Maher, saying that if China or someone invades us and they get through the army, marines, navy, air force, and nukes, is bob with a shotgun really gonna make much more of a difference?

to institute a Draft, and... see a pattern? They always do that. There's some tiny part of their brain that's protesting, telling them they're being fascist pricks. And so they project their failings onto others and attack it that way.

See that? Never even took one psychology class!

6. Projection.
These people obviously have no idea that the first step a dictatorship takes is the consolidation of power.

After the consolidation takes place, THEN they take away your guns.

The Nazis became Nazis, because they feared people taking away their rights. Republicans have yet to understand that their worst enemy is within.

7. Baloney. Have them read this...
How Bush's grandfather helped Hitler's rise to power

Rumours of a link between the US first family and the Nazi war machine have circulated for decades. Now the Guardian can reveal how repercussions of events that culminated in action under the Trading with the Enemy Act are still being felt by today's president

The Guardian

George Bush's grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.

The Guardian has obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism.

His business dealings, which continued until his company's assets were seized in 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act, has led more than 60 years later to a civil action for damages being brought in Germany against the Bush family by two former slave labourers at Auschwitz and to a hum of pre-election controversy.

The evidence has also prompted one former US Nazi war crimes prosecutor to argue that the late senator's action should have been grounds for prosecution for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.

The debate over Prescott Bush's behaviour has been bubbling under the surface for some time. There has been a steady internet chatter about the "Bush/Nazi" connection, much of it inaccurate and unfair. But the new documents, many of which were only declassified last year, show that even after America had entered the war and when there was already significant information about the Nazis' plans and policies, he worked for and profited from companies closely involved with the very German businesses that financed Hitler's rise to power. It has also been suggested that the money he made from these dealings helped to establish the Bush family fortune and set up its political dynasty.

9. Liberalism = Fascism
Edited on Tue Oct-19-04 10:43 PM by Thurston Howell IV
If you want to have your jaw hit the table, check out the book
"Modern Fascism: Liquidating the Judeo-Christian Worldview" by Gene Edward Veith.

It contends that liberalism/leftist elements in Western societies are really expressions of fascism!

After I came across this book, I realized that there are a lot of people out there who are complete write-offs. We will never change their minds. It's actually getting pretty scary out there. The division of our country into "red vs blue" is an extremely destructive development. I hope Kerry wins, and moves to bridge the gap with our over-worked, under-paid, under-insured red compatriots in Kansas.

From Amazon:
"Outstanding Examination of a Godless Worldview"

Veith consistently produces excellent books, essays, and articles but this is near the top of all he's written. In examining the Fascist mind-set, he builds a case that much of modern "liberalism" is actually repackaged Fascism. Doubtless many will be upset or offended by his claims, but they are difficult to refute.
