2. How was the service? trying to decide between them and US foods
so far very, very, crappy service setting up the account (almost in argument with the rep and District manager)so don't want to go any further if service afterwards will be as crappy. Let me know, thanks for your time.

3. We were happy with them
but this was 10 years ago.

Our rep was great, a pleasure to work with, and fun to party with after hours too.

Always worked out our problems with us.

Like I said, this was 10 years ago though, a lot can change in 10 years.

And I've never dealt with US Foods, but I have seen their trucks, lol.

Maybe you should let Sysco know you aren't the least bit thrilled with them. Contact the next higher up. If they won't help you, then go with US Foods.

5. Sysco is one of my major competitors but I will say they are very
good at what they do. Food Service of America (FSA) is my other major competitor and I would recommend Sysco way ahead of FSA. I hear nothing but complaints about FSA from my customers but virtually no complaints at all about Sysco. Most of my customers really like Sysco if that helps at all.
