Kids choose Kerry on Nick!
NEW YORK (AP) -- Kid power! Democrat John Kerry is the winner, and the rest of the country should pay attention because the vote on Nickelodeon's Web site has correctly chosen the president of the United States in the past four elections.

Nearly 400,000 children and teens voted, and the results were released Wednesday. Kerry received 57 percent of the vote; President Bush got 43 percent.

3. I think it's fair to say
that most kids "vote" the way that their parents will. They hear talk at home from mom and dad, and then carry that with them to the "polls". If true, we're in for a treat on Nov. 2!

5. Pretty sad state of affairs - when I have more faith in the wisdom of
America's kids - than its adults!!

8. Kind of interesting, concidering that most kids usually follow...
Their parents lead when they are young when it comes to politics. Hmmm, given that, seems like a landslide in the making.

9. Looks like the freepers got wind of it.
The Nickelodeon message board all of a sudden has a lot of pro-Smirky comments that don't look like they were authored by kids. These assholes will stop at nothing when it comes to spreading their lies.
