I did this before with a $2 donation and ten shirts were purchased, and we made a twenty dollar donation to the DU. I had to go out of town last time so I couldn't keep it kicked up, and I don't know how to find the post, but no matter. Check them out:

Here is the deal. This site is owned by a friend of mine and he's got about 200 shirts left. He's balls to the wall Kerry but didn't need 200 shirts come November 3. I suggested he offer a donation at the DU and I spoke to Skinner about it. To Skinner's credit, he said the donation was not necessary, but we are offering it nonetheless.

So help my buddy clear his shelf, donate to the DU and get a great shirt to boot. Even with a Kerry win the battle is not nearly over. The DU is an invaluable source of information and inspiration to us all and the money cannot hurt. DU forever!

4. Just A Suggestion.

If Skinner says the donation isn't neccessary, why not donate some of the profits to the Kerry campaign? We need to help them directly as well.
