An Administration of Secrecy

In the Columbus Dispatch, there was an editorial that said "We don't need to fear the Bush Administration, it is only once they operate in secrecy, then they can be feared."

The Bush Administration had to tried to establish a Shadow Government.

It also had secret dealings with Energy companies.

It cut 28 pages out of the 9/11 report.

It has told the CIA not to release another report which names people.

Condoleezza Rice wanted to only meet with the 9/11 Commission in secret.

Bush also wanted to meet the Commission behind closed doors.

John Ashcroft warns us about every security threat after 9/11, but he didn't warn us about a security threat warning him not to fly commercially in July of 2001.

If this is not operating in secrecy, then I do not know what is.
