i had hopes that we could iron this out before it hit rock bottom, but now that seems unlikely. Last time they just purged the voter rolls and stopped the recount. This time they purged the rolls, have plans to stop the count if it's going badly for them, sre registering people illegally and under false pretenses, and will be physically intimidating people at the polls.

It looks like it's going to have to get really bad before anyone does anything about it. :-(

7. It's been coming for a long time, but I don't think the catalyst will be

scuffles between the mostly affluent admirers of different politicians, it will come from the 75% lower income tier. It is enjoying quite a growth spurt.
