BBV - 120,000 ballots to be reprinted - North Dakota
The Cass County auditor says 120,000 county ballots for the Nov. 2 general election will be reprinted because of mistakes in the wording involving a proposed constitutional amendment.
(snip)
The ballots in error say that both a "yes" vote and "no" vote would approve a proposed constitutional amendment that defines marriage as the union of a man and a woman.
(snip)
Auditor Mike Montplaisir said Elections Systems and Software Inc., of Omaha, Neb., the company that produced the confusing ballots will pay for reprinting them, and replacements will arrive well before Election Day.

2. the editor for my hometown newspaper
wrote about this amendment recently. He pretty much said (paraphrasing) 'quit trying to take away people's rights, the majority is trying to take away the rights of the minority and should stop it'. Pretty much a big fuck you to this amendment.

It's an itty-bitty town up in North Dakota so the newspaper is not online.

7. Another 120,000
On top of the errors in wording they now report that there is a bar-code problem and the ballots need to go back for printing again.
