Col. Douglas Macgregor is incredibly blunt and well spoken. "We don't need to rebuild this army, we need to start over."

All the speakers pretty much agree that the military is way over stretched and it's not very effective, etc.

network TV? I'm sure the parents, husbands, wives and siblings of soldiers would find it pretty troubling.
