Anyone hear about an elector pledging to vote for Kerry?

I'm not sure about this. I was listening to KGO in San Francisco this afternoon and thought the talk-show guy said something about an elector in New Jersey(?) who pledged to vote for Kerry no matter who won the states' vote.

It was in passing and I don't see anything about it here at DU so I might have misheard.

1. yup, i heard that too ...

i can't remember what state the guy is in but i think he is a republican elector and i thought it was phrased something like "i will not vote for bush if he wins my state" ... i assume he will vote for Kerry but i don't think he explicitly said that ...
