<THE> Election Year DISNEY MOVIE!!!
Dems vs. Reps? Electoral College? Reps stealing elections? ITS NOT NEW! Check out this little gem from Walt Disney Studios from 1968! One of Walts last films (he approved the story and casting, but that was it).

1. And here Eisner said we wouldn't wade into
politics during an election year (er, I think F 9/11 will do better DVD sales than "family band") lol!

So you work for the mouse too? I'm also in Orlando, and I'm a 15 year vet of the company (maybe 14 years too long). Use to work in Feature Animation, now freelance (contract artist). Are you in imagineering?

2. Hello there
Hellp Jen, U worked at WDFA? Lord, i cant IMAGINE how it must have been to see it all die. Im not at WDI but i admire them GREATLY and i study Imagineering. I worked 5 months at the JUNGLE CRUISE and have i was just termed from 6 years and 5 months at Universal. Im gonna try to get back into Disney. Im sure Eisner and Co. just released FAMILY BAND the same reason theyve been unloading all the 60s 70s stuff. To make $$ off the fans (who WILL pay), especially since the Disney Channel "died" weve been bitching about the old stuff to see the light of day. FAMILY BAND is a pure treat and should be seen by ANY Dem!

3. heheh
actually, I left WDFA long before it crumbled. I was there from "Mermaid" through partial production of "the Lion King". I don't think I missed a lot after that, lol!

I've pretty much worked for every division of Disney that uses artists, and a few other animation houses when they need an extra hand. With the economy being what it is, it's good to have as many clients in your stable as possible!

Eisner is indeed unloading the vault. He's grabbing up every dime before his retirement!

*sigh* I miss Roy.
