Vote Machine fraud 2004, too complicated for Dems to understand
Edited on Fri Oct-22-04 03:32 AM by OutsourceBush
The three major voting machine companies in the US - ES&S, Diebold, Sequoia - tries with ultra-right wing CNP, Bushes, Carlisle Group.

Or don't educate yourself because it is 'too difficult' and let them succeed in stealing your vote.

1. Well? We know they cheat!
Okay, well, we know they cheat, that is a given. So, what do you propose to do to stop them? Our only alternative is early voting by mail, which, btw, seems not to be working well either, with a backlog of ballot requests, the election upon us, and many mail ballots not received by voters. Don't call me dumb! Just let me know if you think up a plan! Thanks.

2. First, we need to start plugging this info into every appropriate thread
we can, keep putting it out there till people understand it.

The Christian right controls ALL of the electronic voting machines via the big three companies listed and their contacts with the CNP, Bushes and Carlisle group!

Hopefully, as it becomes more well known and people start getting their mind around this massive vote machine fraud, inspired by the right, Democratic leaders can hopefully take some action against these voting machine companies and the people responsible. That is my opinion.

3. Start?
Where you been homie? I already started saying this in 2000, the last time he stold an election, everywhere I could find a place to say it. Our big mistake was not impeaching the bastard then! Glad you finally got your start, better latent than never!

4. But now we have documented the connections of these companies
which is more that just saying the computers are rigged. We now know who owns the systems. What right wing groups they are connected with. That is what is not out there yet IMO.

15. Do not vote early through the mail: do it in person, see how:
go to

http://www.ezvote.org

type your zip code in the box and hit return on your keyboard. This should bring up information about whether or not you can vote early where you live and where you can go in your district to vote early in person and what the regulations are in your area. Greg Palast insists THIS IS THE SAFEST (most secure) WAY TO VOTE. Be sure to check your ballot carefully to make sure that it reflects your actual voting intentions. Bring any irregularities to the attention of the polling monitor AND to the attention of your local Democratic hq.

Example:
This is an EZ Vote state - you don't need to provide an excuse for voting early.

Vote Early in Person
Beginning 10/4/2004 Through 10/26/2004

You may vote absentee in person at your county elections office starting 29 days before the election, through 7 days before the election. Some counties provide regular early voting, depending on population size. Check with your county elections office for more information. You don't need to provide an excuse for voting early in person.

Your local elections office location can be found at the top of this page. Please call ahead to verify office hours and to make sure that the office has ballots available.

8. I have a feeling that is not their site.
Regardless, do they make any connection to the CNP and ES&S, Diebold, etc? or is this new news.

10. Unfortunately, NOTHING is really new when it comes to the Bushies..
Edited on Fri Oct-22-04 07:32 AM by SoCalDem
The sad thing is that so many people just don't enoough.. and the Bushes are so "diversified" in the evil ways, that it is easy to dismiss our outrage as "conspiracies".. Probably 99% is TRUE, but there is just so darned much of it..most people cannot get their braiins around it..

and yes.. ES&S has been a hot topic here for ages.. ES&S was Hagel's company, when they got the contract for electioons..the one he WON...after being behind in the polls..

if the website I gave you was wrong..try this..

there are a lot of threads listed there..

14. SoCalDem - You may want to edit the URL......
http://www.blackboxvoting.org is the one you meant.

www.bbv.org definitely goes elsewhere, and appears to not have much to do with BBV as we know it.

12. Just assume any "errors" will benefit Republicans
Just assume any "errors" will benefit Republicans. Isn't this the way it always works? When electronic voting was first used in Florida some machines had errors which resulted in the machines refusing to register a vote for the Democratic candidate or counted a vote for the Republican when the voter selected the Democrat. Is it ever the other way around?

Without a paper audit trail is anyone at least going to compare the number of counted votes to the number of people who actually voted?
