Yesterday I heard that Burger King had pulled its adds from Sinclare. So as a sign of support I took my daughter there for dinner. Low and behold the line for the drive thru wrapped completely around the building and the parking lot was full. Inside the counter kids looked like they were shell shocked and they were out of alot of items. Other restaurants around seemed to be doing a normal or slower than usual business. Can it be that people turned out in numbers like that to support the decision to pull their adds, God I hope so!!!!

I doubt the rest of the country is full of political junkies like us DUers, so I don't know if their pullout is that well known, but it might be.
Even though they contribute to the raping of the rainforests, I gotta give 'em props for this move. They did the right thing. And their burgers are kinda delicious.

2. Yep, they came out with a public statement... |

...saying that they wouldn't advertise on Sinclare. I haven't gone there yet since the announcement, but they'll be getting my fast food money the next time it comes up.
