The Dow Jones is Turning The Corner


Well Im glad that Shrubya has recognized that the economy has turned the corner and the DOW JONES is showing which way.....


As of the time of this post.......9794 or -70.86

The Dow has lost 400 points over the past 15 days.......and doesent seem to be rebounding well.

3. And let me add...
that for the 24 of the last 26 elections the Dow correctly predicted the outcome: if it was down in the two months prior to the election, the incumbent party lost; otherwise, it won.

6. I think the Dow's performance is getting some conservative
investors VERY worried. I happen to know a few of them, and I think thier bullish bubble has finally burst. Waking up just in the nick of time before the election.

8. I look forward to the day when people are investing in the stocks
of companies doing stem cell medicine, renewable energy, alternative fuels, etc. This will never be the case under a reactionary Luddite boob like the chimp. Until there are new growth industries, the market will continue to do nothing but sink.
